WOMEN ON THE JOURNEY SERIES - A Women’s Prayer/Discussion Group
This popular program explores spirituality for women. This year our Women on the Journey will be discussing To Whom Shall We Go? Lessons from the Apostle Peter, by Cardinal Timothy Dolan. Cardinal Dolan presents the words and actions of St. Peter, clearly showing how his life can be an example for all of us. Are we caught up in the “FRENZY” of preparation for Christmas during Advent or are we “Balancing our Advent Journey” with prayer and preparation so that we might discover that we have “birthed” something new within us at Christmas? Join us as we take time to quiet ourselves and gently know our own feelings. 8-10 YOGA RETREAT FOR WOMEN
Come join us as we strategically withdraw from our busy lives for this weekend by the
sea. Enjoy deep relaxation, self love meditation, breathing, and tips on how to incorporate balance for a life well lived. There will be Kripalu yoga throughout the weekend (and possibly on the beach, weather permitting) that will reach the needs of everyone attending. Please bring your journal along if you wish. A yoga mat is needed for this retreat and props will be provided. Also, be prepared with loose comfortable clothing and dress in layers to support your comfort level If you have any dietary needs, please bring along your own nutrition. The kitchen does a wonderful job at feeding us healthy!
